Booking & Confirmation
A 25% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due 30 days before tour start. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer (INR/USD/EUR), credit card and PayPal. All bank charges are borne by the traveller.
Cancellation Policy
More than 45 days before travel: 10% of tour cost. 30–45 days: 25%. 15–29 days: 50%. Less than 15 days: 100%. Refunds are processed within 14 working days.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any loss arising from circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, strikes, civil unrest or pandemics.
Insurance
Travel insurance with medical and trip-cancellation cover is strongly recommended. We can suggest providers on request.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour. We act as agents for hotels, transport providers and other suppliers.
Complaints
